Adiell
George

Adiell George is an associate in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he practices corporate law with an emphasis on representing emerging growth companies and venture capital funds. His work with companies spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including general corporate matters, private equity financings, commercial transactions, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, Adiell serves as a teaching assistant in an M&A course at Reichman University, focusing on the practical aspects of dealmaking, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and closing. The course is taught under the guidance of the firm’s Managing Partner, Tal Eliasaf, and incorporates real-world transaction experience into the curriculum.

Adiell joined the firm as an associate in 2022, after completing his internship at Naschitz Brandes Amir. During his studies, Adiell worked at the Department of Taxation and Economy with the Israeli State Attorney's Office.
